  • Businesses must make 'reasonable adjustments' that prevent or reduce disadvantage to disabled people in their workplace.
  • There are many organisations and support networks that can assist employers, disabled employees and disabled entrepreneurs. 
  • Access to Work grants and the Stelios Awards for Disabled Entrepreneurs can provide financial support.
