IIP - Investors in People

Investors in People was established by the UK Government to help organisations get the best from their people. It is a management framework for high performance through people. Their accreditation is recognised across the world as a mark of excellence.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining how to lead, manage and support people well for sustainable results. There are over 50,000 businesses accredited with the Investors in People Standard across the world.

The service provides tailored assessments designed to support organisations in planning, implementing and evaluating effective business strategies for people management that help all kinds of organisations develop business performance through their people.

Organisations that demonstrate the Investors in People Standard achieve accreditation through a rigorous and objective assessment to determine performance.

The Standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results. The Standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework that reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

In addition to the IiP accreditation, businesses can also explore accreditations focussed on wellbeing and apprenticeships.
